These four items are applicable to every business. They permeate all aspects, from manufacturing to shipping and receiving. For an organization to be successful long term, they must track the right data, have set processes, sell internally and externally. Not everyone is a natural or even comfortable with sales, writing policy or data analysis, but anyone can do it and do it well.
The starting point is an initial questionnaire for use as a starting point to an initial discussion. The first discussion is a sit down with the owner or management team, to evaluate needs and discuss a path forward. If this is agreeable, we will proceed to contract. If not, no fee.
