Little things make a big difference

Bravo to someone who thought of putting this little chalkboard at the top of this ladder. Stacked shelving is efficient for bottle storage and accessibility. But, climbing a ladder multiple times in a shift makes the job harder and less desirable. This is where someone at Whiskey Cake has flipped the script. This little chalkboard is only for the names of those who climb the ladder. It identifies members of an exclusive group amongst the employees. This is also a little reminder, each time, the specific climber is special. Who doesn't want to be reminded they are valued at work?
